10+ Year Member Spotlight: Greene County 4-H Foundation

Greene County 4H Foundation is a 10+ Year Member of the Chamber!

The Greene County 4H Foundation is a 501c3 organization that oversees the raising and distribution of funds and works closely with the Greene County Cooperative Extension Agents in giving leadership, direction, and supervision to the Greene County 4-H programs. They also award scholarships to graduating 4-Hers and monetary grants to county 4-H clubs and project groups each year to assist in the completion of their activities.

The county 4-H Clubs, as well as individual members, are very involved in numerous community service activities such as: Clean Sweep Paragould, maintaining the landscaping at the Greene County Fairgrounds in cooperation with the Master Gardeners and Farm Bureau, Christmas community service for local elderly assisted living communities, donating to local school backpack programs, placing flags on Memorial Gardens Veterans graves, benefit concerts for St. Jude’s Children Hospital and local causes.
