The City of Paragould has been a member of the Paragould Regional Chamber of Commerce for 15+ years! The City of Paragould provides basic services such as police and fire protection, 911 services, sanitation, street and road construction and maintenance, airport service, parks and recreation, code enforcement, and building and zoning regulation. Established on March 3rd of 1883 and currently employing 192 full time and 17 part time workers, the City of Paragould is always moving forward. City of Paragould supports the Chamber of Commerce, Mission Outreach, University of Arkansas Cooperative Extension Service, Senior B.E.E.S., Green County Rescue Squad, and City Beautiful Commission, among others. City employees regularly donate to the Greene County Community Fund and have an annual chili cookoff to raise donations to a charitable organization. The City of Paragould looks forward to the future of new leadership with continued growth and prosperity for the city.
