Paragould, AR 72451-1175 | | Duties: | The Director of the Paragould Parks and Recreation Department is in charge of the Paragould Community Center which houses the Aquatic Center, the outdoor water park and eleven soccer fields; Labor Center which is home to a skateboard park and a water park; Reynolds Park; Harmon Park; Woodside Glen; Centennial Park; Rotary Softball; Bland and Threlkeld Baseball Field; Rotary Tennis Court; and the Senior Citizens’ Center. The Parks and Recreation Director is responsible for programs, maintenance, and operations in all of Paragould’s city parks. The Parks and Recreation Director oversees 14 full time and 30 part time employees, and is in direct contact with all citizens who use or participate in any activities at any of the Parks and Recreation facilities.
