AIRPORT COMMISSION: Members of the Airport Commission are appointed by the Mayor to five-year terms and have full power to manage, operate, improve and maintain the Paragould Municipal Airport and its facilities. The Commission also represents the city of Paragould before any state or federal authority having jurisdiction over the operation of public or private aircraft or airports. The Airport Commission meets on the second Monday of each month at 6:30 am.

| CITY BEAUTIFUL COMMISSION: The role of the City Beautiful Commission is to study, promote, aid, and implement steps to improve the appearance and quality of the environment in Paragould. Members are appointed by the Mayor to three year terms, and make their recommendations about city improvements to the City Council.

| PARKS AND RECREATION COMMISSION: The role of the Parks and Recreation Commission is to advise the City Council on matters concerning Paragould’s parks and to encourage the development of the Paragould Parks and Recreation system. Members are appointed by the City Council to three-year terms.
